Cancellation Policy:

The demand for Osteopathy and Massage is high and it is important that all appointments are utilized. For this reason, 24 hours notice is required to make any changes to your appointment. As a courtesy, you will get a confirmation email 48 hours prior to your scheduled time. All changes, cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment or simply not showing up, will result in a charge of 100% of the treatment cost. Thank you for respecting my cancellation policy.

Osteopathy

Osteopathy is a form of manual therapy which works intuitively with the whole body to remove restrictions of motion. By addressing the soft tissues of the body we are able to realign the boney tissues. This allows for improved blood, lymphatic and nervous supply and drainage from the tissue promoting healing and health.

Massage Therapy

Massage therapy consists primarily of hands-on manipulation of the soft tissues of the body, specifically, the muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and joints for the purpose of optimizing health.

Massage therapy treatment has a therapeutic effect on the body and optimizes health and well-being by acting on the muscular, nervous and circulatory systems.

Tina Poulin M. OMSc, RMT

I received my Master in Practice Diploma of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M. OMSc), graduating from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy (CAO); a 4 year, 4200 hour program with a required 1000 hours of clinical training. I am a member of the Ontario Association of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners (OAO) which is recognized with ALL 3rd party insurance providers.

Prior to the completion of this program, I practiced as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and still hold this accreditation, giving me 24 years of experience. I graduated from Sir Sandford Fleming College in 1998, where I completed the 2200 hour massage therapy diploma program. I am also registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO), which is regulated under the Ontario Health Professional Act.
